CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. ¬- The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting a public meeting to discuss an overview of a planned M-153 (Ford Road) project. MDOT, Wayne County and Canton Township are partnering up to rebuild M-153 (Ford Road) between Sheldon Road and I-275, including boulevards to eliminate left turns.

DEARBORN, Mich. ¬- Beginning Monday, March 14, work will begin to replace the M-153 (Ford Road) bridges over Hines Drive in Dearborn, between Golfview Drive and Evergreen Road. This $4.8 million project is expected to be completed in late fall.

TAYLOR, Mich. ¬- Starting at 6 a.m. Sunday, southbound I-275 will have one lane open from 5 Mile Road to Eureka Road, along with the majority of all on and off ramps to and from southbound I-275 closed, to prepare for shifting all traffic onto the shared northbound side.
